Job Duties
- Lead and supervise event staff including servers and bartenders ensuring top-tier service and adherence to company standards
- Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and confidence
- Oversee all pre-event preparation including equipment supplies and staff assignments
- Conduct pre-meal menu trainings to ensure service excellence
- Coordinate bar operations (TIPS certification required) and oversee POS procedures
- Partner with Event Producers and Operations leadership to resolve client needs with professionalism and care
- Manage event setup execution and breakdown
- Complete post-event recaps and closing procedures
- Build strong relationships with clients guests and vendors
- Champion company policies and maintain operational excellence
