  • TIPS certification
  • Availability to work evenings weekends holidays and extended hours

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise event staff including servers and bartenders ensuring top-tier service and adherence to company standards
  • Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and confidence
  • Oversee all pre-event preparation including equipment supplies and staff assignments
  • Conduct pre-meal menu trainings to ensure service excellence
  • Coordinate bar operations (TIPS certification required) and oversee POS procedures
  • Partner with Event Producers and Operations leadership to resolve client needs with professionalism and care
  • Manage event setup execution and breakdown
  • Complete post-event recaps and closing procedures
  • Build strong relationships with clients guests and vendors
  • Champion company policies and maintain operational excellence
