Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience managing pharmaceutical events
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Cvent is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Proven ability to manage complex projects efficiently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in standard IT applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Qualifications

- Knowledgeable about global meeting venues and industry standards
Job Duties
- Organize and manage meeting logistics from planning through execution and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with managers and colleagues to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues
- Manage client expectations and deliver on commitments
- Conduct site visits and recommend venues and project solutions
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and internal SOPs
- Oversee delegate travel arrangements and international conference attendance
- Manage budgets including scoping, revisions, reconciliation, and financial compliance
