Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience managing pharmaceutical events
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Cvent is a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in standard IT applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical event management
  • Experience with virtual meeting management platforms such as Cvent
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Proficient with IT applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently within a team environment
  • Knowledgeable about global meeting venues and industry standards

Job Duties

  • Organize and manage meeting logistics from planning through execution and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate with managers and colleagues to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues
  • Manage client expectations and deliver on commitments
  • Conduct site visits and recommend venues and project solutions
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and internal SOPs
  • Oversee delegate travel arrangements and international conference attendance
  • Manage budgets including scoping, revisions, reconciliation, and financial compliance
