We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experience Manager to join our team. This part-time hybrid role offers a mix of on-site and remote responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. The Experience Manager will be the driving force behind studio operations, ensuring every class runs smoothly and guests leave with memorable and positive experiences. This position demands a natural leader with excellent multitasking capabilities and strong organizational and communication skills.

The role involves approximately 3 hours per week dedicated to planning and organizational work done remotely, 19 hours on weekends working in the studio, and an additional 8 to 16 hours on select weekdays managing private events. Pay is flexible based on availability, with the potential to earn up to $2,500 per month, reaching as high as $2,900 in peak months.

Key responsibilities include client experience management, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable environment for all attendees; staff coordination, handling the scheduling for yoga instructors and studio assistants; inventory oversight by maintaining supplies like mats, cleaning products, and toys; and logistics management, including accepting and organizing deliveries. The Experience Manager will also lead hiring, training, and motivating part-time staff to build a positive and productive team culture while maintaining the studio's aesthetic and ambiance to keep the space photo-worthy and inviting.

This role also offers the chance to collaborate closely with the company founders, bringing innovative ideas forward to support growth and continuous improvement. This position is best suited for a friendly, approachable, and confident individual who thrives in client-facing roles and is prepared to work weekends and some weekdays. The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and skilled at juggling priorities and problem-solving. Experience in team leadership and management is essential, and having access to a car for errands is considered a plus.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of dog handling experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Available to work weekends and some weekdays
