Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of dog handling experience
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Available to work weekends and some weekdays
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Access to a car for errands and transportation flexibility is a plus

Job Duties
- Ensure every class runs smoothly and guests leave happy
- Manage calendars and scheduling for yoga instructors and studio assistants
- Monitor and restock supplies such as mats, paper towels, cleaning products, and toys
- Receive and organize studio deliveries
- Hire, train, and motivate studio assistants and part-time staff
- Maintain and enhance the studio's vibe and decor
- Collaborate with founders to brainstorm and implement ideas for growth and improvement
