The role available is a primary client-facing sales position that plays a crucial part in managing the client journey from the first inquiry through to booking confirmation. This position is integral within the sales and coordination team and reports directly to the Venue Specialist. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the venue selection process and ensuring a smooth transition into the event management phase. Responsibilities include responding promptly to inbound inquiries, conducting both physical venue walkthroughs and virtual consultations to showcase the venue’s features, and preparing customized proposals with guidance from the Venue Specialist. Accuracy and organization are essential, as the role requires maintaining detailed documentation in HoneyBook and the venue’s CRM system. Once a booking is confirmed, the individual will execute a formal handoff to the Event Manager to ensure the client’s event is perfectly executed.
