Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage all donor communications and inquiries to secure funding
  • collaborate with volunteer planning committees for team recruitment, logistics, marketing, and event support
  • provide administrative and coordination assistance for communications, website updates, and office operations
  • support event planning, execution, and material preparation with event managers
  • manage material inventory, order supplies, and track deliveries and signage
  • process confidential donations, prepare gift acknowledgments, and maintain data accuracy and reports
  • supervise and train assigned volunteers
  • coordinate direct mail, fundraising, donor cultivation, recognition activities, and special events
  • research prospects and networking opportunities for event growth
  • help maintain a positive organizational climate for staff and volunteers
