Job Description
Atlas Print Solutions is a well-established full-service print production and design services agency boasting over 25 years of experience in the industry. The company prides itself on exceptional customer service and extensive expertise, serving a diverse clientele that includes high-end luxury brands, event spaces, major retail brands, creative agencies, and event planners. With a dedicated team of in-house creative project managers and an innovative solutions team, Atlas Print Solutions combines advanced production and installation capabilities to deliver outstanding quality and environmentally sustainable graphic solutions. The company is committed to maintaining its reputation for excellence, ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions and meticulous attention to detail.
The Event Coordinator role at Atlas Print Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives at the intersection of client experience, brand execution, and operational excellence. This position is not simply an administrative or back-office role; instead, it plays a vital part in bringing high-profile events and brand activations to life. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, creative teams, and trusted vendors, ensuring that every event detail is executed perfectly in alignment with the brand's vision. This role demands a blend of creativity, organization, and communication prowess to help shape how luxury and retail brands present themselves in the marketplace. The Event Coordinator will also be instrumental in developing robust systems and workflows that enable seamless and scalable event execution.
In this role, the Event Coordinator will support Event Project Managers on client-facing projects, collaborate on event planning and execution across various markets, and coordinate day-of logistics including vendor communications and installation support. Furthermore, this position involves researching and sourcing vendors that align with brand aesthetics, supporting RFP processes, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to build a network of best-in-class partners. From an operational perspective, the coordinator will manage project workflows and CRM with the use of Monday.com, ensuring timelines, task tracking, and cross-functional communication are handled efficiently. Tracking budgets, invoices, and vendor costs accurately, alongside assisting billing workflows and client performance reports, are also critical aspects of the role.
The Event Coordinator will utilize a range of tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, FileMaker, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva to carry out responsibilities effectively. Candidates with over four years of experience in event coordination, marketing, PR, or project management, along with strong client-facing skills and a passion for branding and experiential marketing, will excel in this position. Experience working with luxury or retail brands, familiarity with agency environments, and knowledge of vendor sourcing or production logistics will be advantageous.
This part-time position offers an attractive salary range from $65,000 to $75,000 per year and includes benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off. It presents a unique chance to work on high-visibility events and brand activations, collaborate directly with top-tier clients and creative teams, and contribute meaningfully to the growth and efficiency of the division. For professionals eager to gain exposure to both creative and operational facets of experiential marketing, the Event Coordinator role at Atlas Print Solutions is an inspiring and rewarding opportunity.
