The role of a Sales Event Coordinator at Main Event Entertainment is pivotal to creating and executing unforgettable events tailored to the unique needs of guests. As a Sales Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers to design engaging and personalized birthday parties, corporate events, and group celebrations that capture the essence of fun Main Event is known for. This position requires a strong understanding of event packages, add-ons, and promotional activities to ensure a seamless coordination process.

You will actively engage in selling, scheduling, and coordinating various events ensuring that all logistics are managed efficiently from start to finish. Utilizing software systems such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms, you will manage sales revenue and guest information, while also generating follow-up tasks essential for maintaining business growth. This role also demands strong prospecting and cold calling abilities to establish and maintain ongoing relationships, promoting repeat and new business opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the entertainment center.

Participation in store marketing initiatives and sales meetings is also a key component of this job to foster communication and the exchange of strategic ideas that support the center’s objectives. The Sales Event Coordinator will perform essential administrative duties, including office opening, mid-day, or closing responsibilities, ensuring that cleanliness and safety standards are always upheld to create a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Job Duties

  • Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons
  • sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events

  • partner with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans
  • prospect and cold call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business
