Job Duties
- Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons
- sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events
- utilize systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
- partner with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans
- prospect and cold call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business
- support local store marketing initiatives to drive sales
- attend and engage in weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas
- perform office duties including opening, mid-day, or closing shifts and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
