Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination required
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Knowledge of event management software is a plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish including venue selection budgeting scheduling and logistics
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives ensuring each event aligns with their vision
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials
  • Oversee event setup execution and breakdown ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event
  • Manage event budgets keeping track of expenses and ensuring events stay within financial constraints
  • Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future events
