This full-time position, based in Ann Arbor, MI with a hybrid remote option, offers an hourly pay starting at $25, reflecting the candidate's experience and industry knowledge. Typical work hours run from Tuesday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with Saturday availability essential to support event installations and production. Key responsibilities include spearheading outreach to wedding venues, event planners, and corporate clients to drive new business opportunities and expand our market presence. The candidate will act as the client and logistics organizer, leveraging the Dubsado CRM system to onboard clients, schedule meetings, manage payments, and ensure seamless communication from contract through event completion. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate event installation teams, floral product management, and onsite event design, ensuring client visions are executed flawlessly. Additionally, the Event Coordinator & Producer will contribute to improving and documenting internal processes, enhancing the efficiency and quality of our event services.

Ideal candidates will bring at least five years of experience in event coordination or the floral industry with proven skills in sales, customer service, leadership, and multi-project management. They will display a bright, helpful disposition and selfless teamwork attitude, thriving under pressure and embracing professional development opportunities. Benefits include access to wholesale flower purchasing, paid time off, holiday leave, and employee discounts, supporting a healthy work-life balance and fostering a welcoming workplace culture.
