The Catering Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the catering business across all restaurants in our family. This role is crucial for expanding our catering services and enhancing our brand presence within the event and hospitality market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization, sales, and customer service, paired with the ability to coordinate events seamlessly from conception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and manage catering orders, ensuring each event is executed flawlessly while contributing to the growth of our catering revenue streams.

Responsibilities include defining and packaging our catering offerings, marketing these packages effectively to attract new business opportunities, and managing relationships with customers and event partners. The Catering Manager acts as the main point of contact for catering inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence during events. Managing the logistical aspects of catering like staff coordination, labor and food cost control, transportation, setup, and on-site event operations will be key.

To support this vital position, we offer a competitive base salary ranging from $72,000 to $77,000 annually, supplemented by a quarterly incentive plan that rewards outstanding performance. Additional benefits include a phone allowance, travel reimbursement, comprehensive medical and dental insurance, paid time off with 15 days annually, paid holidays, and dining discounts. Job Requirements

  • Two years of experience working in the hospitality industry required
  • BS in hospitality preferred
  • valid drivers license
  • good DMV record
  • catering or event management experience preferred
  • excellent organizational skills
  • project management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Define and package catering offerings

  • ensure successful catering operations including cost control, preparation, transportation, setup, and event execution
