- booking over 2,000 events per year
- answering emails and phone calls to facilitate event information
- managing scheduling and contacts using Kona OS
- utilizing Brayv.AI for scheduling and communications
- initiating new business through prospecting events
- maintaining excellent communication with customers
- working independently to ensure event coordination
