We are proud to represent a prestigious high-end boutique hotel and event venue located in the vibrant city of Rochester, NY. This establishment is well-known for its exquisite ambiance, personalized guest experiences, and commitment to excellence in hospitality. As a boutique hotel recognized for its blend of luxury and intimate charm, it caters to a discerning clientele seeking unique and memorable events. The venue offers an elegant setting perfect for weddings, social celebrations, corporate meetings, and private dinners, making it an exceptional destination for sophisticated event hosting.

The role of Events Coordinator at this hotel represents an exciting direct hire opportunity. This position is pivotal in ensuring the flawless planning, coordination, and execution of events while maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury boutique brand. An Events Coordinator in such a prestigious environment is responsible for managing every detail of an event from the initial inquiry through to completion, delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience. The candidate selected will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and various internal hotel departments including sales, culinary, banquets, and housekeeping to create events that surpass expectations. Key responsibilities include conducting site tours, creating detailed proposals, managing event logistics such as timelines, room layouts, menus, décor, audiovisual needs, and supervising event staff. The Events Coordinator will also oversee event day operations, providing leadership and direction to ensure service excellence and smooth execution. Successful candidates usually bring experience from boutique hotels, luxury venues, or settings focused on weddings and events. The position requires a professional demeanor reflective of the luxury brand, the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.

This is a direct hire role, offering candidates the opportunity to join a respected, client-focused organization known for hosting exceptional events in a refined setting. The company's commitment to training and support ensures that the Events Coordinator can thrive and grow within the hospitality industry, while making a direct impact on creating unforgettable experiences for guests. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong passion for event planning and hospitality and who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury environment. The salary and benefits reflect the prestige and responsibilities of the role, providing a competitive package in line with industry standards.
