Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event coordination or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to comply with safety-sensitive job requirements

Job Duties
- Coordinate assigned small events within LRCVB operated facilities
- Provide administrative support to Event Manager(s)
- Schedule event timelines and coordinate logistics
- Oversee venue setup and breakdown procedures
- Communicate with vendors and service providers
- Assist in preparing marketing and event materials
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and support event needs
