Job Requirements
- detail oriented and highly organized

- passion for small business, weddings, events, collaboration and flowers
- ability to manage multiple projects at once

- receptive to and driven by personal and professional growth
- previous experience in event work or the floral industry
- availability to work Tuesday to Saturday including mandatory Saturday availability
- willingness to spend time on the road for outreach and relationship building
Job Qualifications
- minimum five years of event coordination or floral industry experience
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- experience with customer service and sales
- proficiency with CRM software such as Dubsado
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- passion for flowers, weddings, and event planning
Job Duties
- oversee all event sales and event customer service
- manage event installations
- maintain an efficient and positive event production environment
- identify new business opportunities through outreach to wedding venues and event planners
- onboard clients and manage event logistics using Dubsado CRM
- coordinate and assist with University Flower Shop events including holidays and staff parties
- manage day-of event logistics and floral product coordination
- facilitate physical delivery, setup, and on-site design work
