We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join the Signal Tru Brand team. This role is integral to the successful planning, organization, and execution of events that align with our company’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction. The Event Coordinator will spearhead a variety of event types, ranging from corporate functions and product launches to community gatherings. This position requires close collaboration with clients to fully understand their event goals, preferences, and requirements, ensuring that every detail from concept through to completion meets the highest standards. The coordinator will manage event timelines, budgets, and logistical arrangements, working with vendors, suppliers, and on-site staff to guarantee smooth and seamless event execution. Moreover, they will oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown, while skillfully handling any unexpected challenges that may arise, providing quick and effective solutions. Additionally, the role includes preparing detailed post-event reports and evaluating success through client feedback and performance metrics. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as needed

Job Qualifications
