Job Requirements
- 1+ years of event coordination, hospitality, or administrative experience
- bachelor’s degree preferred (business, event planning, or related field)
- strong organizational skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- high attention to detail
- intermediate to advanced proficiency in microsoft office
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- strong interpersonal skills
- knowledge of the las vegas hospitality market is a plus
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- willingness to travel as needed
- ability to work remotely with reliable equipment and connectivity
Job Qualifications

- 1+ years of event coordination, hospitality, or administrative experience (dmc experience a plus)
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- intermediate to advanced proficiency in microsoft office
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- comfortable working with a variety of personalities
- knowledge of the las vegas hospitality market is a plus
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed
- willingness to travel as needed to support program execution and client events

Job Duties
- support program planning and execution under the guidance of senior team members to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards
- assist with transportation planning, manifesting, and logistics coordination
- prepare and maintain event agendas, contracts, invoices, program documents, and internal files
- assist with vendor sourcing, outreach, confirmations, and communication as directed
- participate in site inspections and pre-program preparation to gain familiarity with venues and program flow
- support on-site event execution, including load-in, setup, strike, and general event flow tasks
- assist with scheduling and briefing of field/td staff and independent contractors
- support proposal development and research in partnership with the sales and creative teams
- maintain accurate program tracking within internal systems and crm platforms
- gain exposure to client-facing communication and program strategy to support long-term development
- provide administrative and operational support across departments as needed
- regularly attend and participate in networking functions and industry events
- participation is required to support company visibility and growth
