The company emphasizes a client-centric approach, ensuring that their team becomes an extension of their clients' organizations, deeply understanding their objectives, culture, and vision. Just Right! has built a reputation for its commitment to delivering memorable, seamless events by accompanying clients throughout every stage of their event's journey. With a focus on fostering genuine partnerships, they work in various locations, adapting to the dynamic demands of the destination management industry, making them a trusted partner for corporate events, conferences, meetings, and special occasions primarily based in Las Vegas, NV.
The role of Event Coordinator at Just Right! is a hands-on, hourly position ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in event operations within a supportive and dynamic environment. Offering a competitive annual salary range of $45,000 to $50,000, this position calls for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing logistics and executing programs in close collaboration with senior event managers and the operations team. The Event Coordinator will be integrally involved in coordinating transportation, vendor communications, documentation, and onsite event management, gaining invaluable exposure to the full lifecycle of large-scale corporate events. This hybrid role allows flexibility with a combination of remote work and on-site event support, ideal for candidates ready to engage in both administrative duties and the energetic pace of live event environments.
Through involvement with proposal development and client-facing communications, the Event Coordinator will also have the opportunity to broaden their understanding of business strategy and client relationship management. This role supports multiple aspects of event planning from pre-program preparation, vendor sourcing, and scheduling staff, to on-site execution and post-event follow-up. It is suited for candidates with at least one year of experience in event coordination or hospitality, possessing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the Las Vegas hospitality market is advantageous, and flexibility in schedule including nights and weekends is essential to meeting client needs. This role offers significant potential for career growth within the company, aiming for advancement into a full-time salaried position based on performance and business requirements. If you are passionate about event planning, eager to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and wish to contribute to exceptional corporate events, Just Right! offers a compelling opportunity to enhance your professional journey in Las Vegas's vibrant event industry.
