Job Description
Tin Kitchen is a dynamic and innovative catering company that stands apart from the typical event caterers. We believe in creating memorable experiences rather than simply catering events. Our company fosters a culture built on passion for food, respect for the team, and dedication to delivering exceptional service. Known for our scratch-made dishes and calm confidence when serving hundreds of guests at major weddings and events, we pride ourselves on maintaining a no-ego environment where every team member contributes with hustle, heart, and commitment. At Tin Kitchen, we value your time, respect your efforts, and cultivate a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere where your voice is heard and valued.
We are currently seeking an Event Chef to join our vibrant team on a flexible schedule. This role is essential in continuing our tradition of high-quality culinary creations and outstanding event service. As an Event Chef at Tin Kitchen, you will engage in preparing creative, scratch-made dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you will lead your team by example during busy events. Your role will demand culinary expertise, strong organizational skills, and the confidence to manage kitchen operations efficiently under pressure. Our supportive and experienced crew will be with you every step of the way, ensuring you have the resources and encouragement needed to succeed. This is not just another kitchen job; it is an opportunity to grow, be challenged, and contribute to something that stands out in the catering industry. We emphasize a healthy work-life balance with set schedules and real-time off, and we have a no burnout culture focused on long-term career fulfillment. If you are passionate about the culinary arts, thrive in a collaborative environment, and seek a place where your creativity and hard work are celebrated, Tin Kitchen is the perfect place for you.
