Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, or high-volume food service
  • Proven leadership in culinary product and menu development
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage event execution and staff coordination
  • Flexibility to work weekends based on event schedule

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the Culinary Department and Sales Director to write menus and develop products for catered events
  • Lead product development including recipe design, kitting, on-site instructions, and photographs
  • Execute events as the culinary lead and coordinate with Operations to ensure all events are staffed appropriately
  • Monitor production of mise en place to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets Green Top Farms' high standards of taste, nutrition, and sustainability
  • Act as a culinary ambassador at events, engaging with clients and guests to highlight our mission and products
