Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years coordinator or administrative experience or currently enrolled college student
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- strong problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to event planning and sales managers
- service banquet food, beverage and event setup including food/beverage and meeting services
- coordinate hospitality amenities and special VIP requests
- facilitate communication before, during and after events with relevant hotel staff
- multitask and complete projects in a timely manner
- demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
