Proof of the Pudding currently serves as the exclusive food and beverage provider for Chase Stadium, a premier venue in Florida known for hosting a variety of high-profile sporting events and entertainment activities. As part of their growing team, Proof of the Pudding is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join their hospitality staff at Chase Stadium. This role is integral to maintaining the quality and service standards that the company is renowned for, particularly in hospitality and club suites where guests expect an elevated experience.

This position is seasonal and part-time, with work hours dictated by the event schedule at Chase Stadium. The role involves front-of-house responsibilities, requiring team collaboration and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Bartenders will be responsible for setting up and breaking down bars, ensuring that all bar areas are prepared and maintained efficiently throughout the event. They will need to work closely with the bar back staff during events to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.

Successful candidates will be expected to greet guests warmly, provide exceptional service, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment before, during, and after events. Accuracy and timeliness in service are crucial, as the role demands a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Bartenders will also be responsible for cleaning the bar at closing, disposing of excess ice, and ensuring all items are returned to the bar box as initially received.

Candidates should have a passion for mixology, customer service, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic event environment.
