The Event Bartender role at Deborah Miller Catering & Events is a dynamic and critical position responsible for delivering immediate and attentive service to guests during events. Reporting to the Event Captain, the Event Bartender collaborates closely with the onsite Events Team to ensure all events meet the client’s standards and the company's protocols. The role involves setting up and breaking down bar areas, serving a variety of beverages including wine, beer, spirits, and specialty cocktails, and maintaining a visually appealing and functional bar design. This position requires not only technical knowledge of beverages and bartending but also a high level of customer service, efficiency, and friendliness. The Event Bartender is expected to uphold the company's service standards, inspire team members, and contribute to a smooth execution of off-premise events. Employees in this role must be adaptable, able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
