The Event Producer role at RGI Events is a senior-level, hands-on position based in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, requiring 100% in-person work at their office. This role offers a competitive base salary of $82,000 to $90,000 plus additional per-project bonuses ranging from $20,000 to $40,000, leading to a total compensation potential of $120,000 to $150,000 or more annually. The position commands a professional who is adept at managing multiple large-scale, high-budget projects (each exceeding $350,000) simultaneously with confidence and creativity.

As the lead point of contact for clients and vendors, the Event Producer will manage every aspect of event planning and execution from concept through to delivery. This includes overseeing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving creative development, and ensuring technical production and onsite execution are flawless. Success in this role will be measured through budget accuracy, profitability, margin achievement, and client satisfaction, requiring a blend of strong financial discipline and innovative problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will bring over six years of experience in producing large-scale, complex events within either agency or corporate environments. Expertise in managing significant budgets and delivering sophisticated event products while maintaining agency profit margins is essential. The Event Producer should be proficient with project management tools including Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Social Tables, bringing excellent communication skills and a calm, proactive leadership style that thrives in fast-paced, high-stake environments.
