Job Duties
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to plan and execute events and weddings
- Manage client relationships and understand their unique event requirements
- Negotiate contracts and manage event budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events including scheduling and resource allocation
- Use event management software to track tasks and maintain records
- Handle problem-solving and resolve issues promptly during events
