Job Description

TEAM is a distinguished and award-winning experiential marketing agency dedicated to crafting unforgettable brand experiences that inspire and engage audiences worldwide. Focused on delivering innovative marketing campaigns rooted in deep strategic insights and extensive industry experience, TEAM has established itself as a leader in the experiential marketing space. The agency prides itself on collaborating with top-tier brands, ensuring that every activation not only meets but exceeds expectations, creating long-lasting connections and brand love. Operating through a dynamic and creative environment, TEAM emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in every project they undertake. Their digital presence spans across various platforms such as their official website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, engaging a broad audience and showcasing their diverse portfolio and industry thought leadership.

The role of Event & Speaker Content Manager at TEAM is a unique and pivotal position focused on shaping the voice and narrative of a leading global cloud provider’s top-tier events and executive programs. This role is essential to the seamless delivery of content that resonates with executive technical audiences such as CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and CDOs by crafting compelling, persona-driven narratives that align with broader marketing strategies and business objectives. The manager will operate at the intersection of content strategy, storytelling, and production, underpinning the agency’s mission to create moments that leave lasting impressions. Critical to this position is collaborating with various teams across creative, marketing, product, and strategy disciplines to develop content that fuels demand, drives engagement, and highlights client innovations through innovative formats.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing targeted content strategies that convert complex technical topics into engaging and digestible stories tailored for senior executives. This involves working closely with internal stakeholders to develop speaker content, ensuring alignment with event themes and delivering editorial support throughout preparation phases. The manager also oversees demo program storytelling and coordinates program production workflows for signature events like AI Sprint and Next. This entails ensuring consistency in messaging and integration of narratives across various event touchpoints, enhancing the overall attendee experience.

Beyond content creation, the Event & Speaker Content Manager plays a significant role in cross-functional collaboration, maintaining alignment across creative, production, strategy, marketing, and audience teams to guarantee that all content is measurable, targeted, and effective. With a strong emphasis on performance measurement and optimization, the role demands ongoing analysis of audience feedback and engagement metrics to refine content approaches and drive continuous improvement. The position combines a robust skill set in content strategy, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

With a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 and full-time employment status, this role offers the opportunity to join a fun, hardworking team committed to taking care of their employees and fostering a collaborative work culture. TEAM values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring equal employment opportunities for all candidates and accommodating individuals with disabilities throughout the hiring and onboarding processes. This position is ideal for a content strategist or marketing communications professional with at least five years of experience, particularly within the tech or B2B sectors, who is passionate about storytelling and thrives in environments where creativity meets strategic impact.
