The role of Producer - Events at The Venetian Resort is a critical position that involves the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of a diverse array of events. This role not only includes overseeing all logistics related to events and strategic partnerships but also entails managing relationships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Producer - Events will collaborate closely with external partners to align marketing strategies and execute joint initiatives that yield mutually beneficial outcomes. The position demands a detailed approach to budgeting, vendor negotiations, and on-site event management, ensuring seamless execution from the conception to completion of events. Moreover, the role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage cross-departmental coordination and maintain alignment with company objectives.

The Producer - Events will be instrumental in developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the brand's visibility and foster growth opportunities. The individual will work with clients to define event objectives, themes, and key deliverables, while also overseeing contractual agreements and vendor sourcing. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in event coordination or hospitality-related roles, preferably within large-scale, luxury resorts, showcasing a proven record of strong customer service and operational expertise.

Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or event planning or hospitality-related role

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with external partners, align marketing strategies, and execute joint marketing initiatives

  • source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues
  • develop detailed event and partnership plans, including timelines, schedules, and action items
  • manage all logistical elements of events, such as transportation, site visits, catering, and equipment setup
  • liaise with internal departments to align event goals with broader company objectives
  • manage event registration, ticketing, and guest lists, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth entry processes
  • ensure that all events and partnership activations align with the brand's values, image, and messaging
  • track and report on key partnership and event performance metrics
  • lead with creative teams to develop marketing assets for partnership campaigns
  • manage communication and approval processes between internal teams and external partners
  • develop customized marketing strategies tailored to each partner's audience and strengths
  • manage on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless guest experience
