The Lifestyle Coordinator role at Greystar is integral to the daily management and operational success of the community, specifically targeting resident retention and satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to streamline the move-in process, coordinate resident-centric programs and events, and support all sales and marketing efforts within the community. The Lifestyle Coordinator is the frontline representative who greets prospects and residents, manages communications, and creates engaging experiences that foster a strong sense of community and resident loyalty. Responsibilities include handling package deliveries, scheduling guest suite usage, managing amenity spaces, and working with local vendors and businesses to enhance the resident experience.

In addition to administrative and operational tasks, this position requires creativity and initiative for developing innovative events and services. The Lifestyle Coordinator helps to assess the success of these programs through defined metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with community goals. Communication duties involve managing emails, creating marketing materials such as newsletters and calendars, and maintaining online resident portals. This role also contributes input on budgeting for resident-related activities and ensures expenditures align with financial plans. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service or community management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  • assist with tours as needed
  • answer phone calls and route all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance
  • assist with completed service request call backs as necessary
  • maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manage and monitor the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
  • ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • utilize amenity space to develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic events, services, and programs
  • develop outcomes as well as assessment metrics to determine success of programs
  • keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents
  • maintain positive relationships and contacts with concierge vendors and local businesses
  • offer recommendations to residents on a variety of services or needs and keep up to date on events within the community
  • monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and work with Lifestyle Team to ensure messages are responded to in a timely fashion and to create marketing and awareness of events, programs, services, and initiatives
  • create and produce the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers with activities and events
  • monitor and submit items for resident portal postings
  • participate in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are being met
  • provide input into the development of budgets within the property portfolio as it relates to planned activities and resident retention
  • manage expenses to budget
