This role is for a Guest Service Associate, a crucial position within Towne responsible for providing a warm, friendly, and highly professional hospitality experience to guests. This role requires attentiveness and efficiency in delivering services such as parking and retrieving guest vehicles with safety and care, assisting with luggage delivery and pick-up as needed, and maintaining a respectful and engaging demeanor with guests and colleagues. The Guest Service Associate plays a significant part in ensuring the smooth operation of the parking services while offering personalized guest assistance related to directions, reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
