  • Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails or eagerness to learn quickly
  • Polished, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining knowledge of presentation standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and dining spaces
  • Stay composed and efficient in a high-volume environment
