Job Requirements

  • Experience in food preparation or related culinary function
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Flexibility to work evening hours as required

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare meals as per standardized recipes and guidelines
  • Organize workstations with required ingredients and equipment
  • Chop, trim, measure, and mix ingredients for meal preparation
  • Use kitchen utensils and equipment safely, including knives, ovens, stoves, and mixers
  • Cook dishes by baking, broiling, roasting, and steaming
  • Arrange and present food according to visual display standards
  • Follow food safety procedures and store food items properly
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain a positive attitude
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Protect company assets
