Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a well-established, fast-growing, family-owned company with over 60 communities nationwide dedicated to serving seniors in a resort-style environment. With our roots deeply embedded in respect, honesty, kindness, compassion, and a commitment to service excellence, RLC is more than just a business — it's a close-knit, servant-hearted community. We pride ourselves on fostering happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations, which all contribute to our continued success and positive reputation in the senior living industry.

Joining Resort Lifestyle Communities means becoming part of a team that values both professional growth and meaningful contributions to the lives of our residents. Our communities provide a safe, welcoming space for seniors and their families, ensuring they experience comfort, care, and a vibrant lifestyle. We understand that working in senior living is not just a job, but a calling, and we embrace employees who bring dedication, empathy, and enthusiasm to every interaction.

The 2nd Shift Concierge role at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a dynamic and integral position responsible for serving as the welcoming face of our community during evening hours. As the first person to greet residents, families, and guests, the concierge plays a crucial role in setting the tone for a positive resident experience. This position involves front desk responsibilities, answering phone calls, and providing comprehensive support wherever needed within the community.

In this hands-on role, you will be involved in various tasks from valet parking services to managing safety and emergency response systems, performing administrative duties, assisting with room service and events, and maintaining cleanliness and security throughout the facility. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities will be essential to your success.

This full-time position typically works from Thursday to Monday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, ensuring the community remains secure, welcoming, and operational during the evening hours. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record to safely perform valet parking duties. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with previous customer service experience and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

At RLC, we believe in supporting our employees with a wide range of competitive benefits designed to promote well-being and work-life balance. Employees receive a $341 benefit stipend per pay period, which can be applied toward health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, various savings accounts, accident and hospital indemnity plans, legal and identity theft protection, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

If you are passionate about making a difference in seniors’ lives and want to be part of a purpose-driven company that values community and service, the 2nd Shift Concierge role at Resort Lifestyle Communities offers a rewarding and enriching career path where your efforts will be truly appreciated.
