As a Crumbl Baker, you will be at the core of our kitchen operations, responsible for preparing and baking our signature cookies according to established recipes and standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideally suited for individuals who love to bake, pay great attention to detail, and thrive working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. You will measure and mix ingredients precisely, operate ovens and other baking equipment safely, and assist with dough preparation, portioning, and decorating to ensure every cookie meets Crumbl's high-quality standards.
