We specialize in providing exceptional catering services for a wide range of events including weddings, galas, corporate gatherings, and more. Our expertise spans across some of the largest events in the Chicagoland area and even extends to events around the country. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, our team works tirelessly to deliver memorable dining experiences at every function we serve. Our reputation is built on meticulous attention to detail, excellent service, and the seamless coordination of every event element from start to finish.

We are currently seeking dedicated Waitstaff to join our dynamic team. Under the direction of the Event Captain, the Waitstaff will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest's needs are met with outstanding service throughout the catering event. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a passion for delivering high-quality service at events and social gatherings. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with event setups, serving guests promptly and accurately, monitoring special dietary needs, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas. Your role will involve collaborating closely with kitchen staff and event planners to guarantee smooth operation during all phases of the event, from initial setup through to cleanup.

This position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $16 to $22, dependent on experience, providing competitive compensation in the catering service sector. The job demands flexibility, as events often take place in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays, requiring adaptable scheduling. Physical stamina is also necessary, as the role includes standing and walking for extended periods, carrying trays, and managing event equipment. Fluency in Spanish is highly beneficial, enabling effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients and colleagues, further enhancing guest experience. Additional training and certification in food handling or safety, along with bartending experience, are considered advantageous and offer potential for career growth within the company. Joining our team means becoming part of a respected company with a culture centered on excellence, teamwork, and continuous development in the vibrant catering industry.
