Job Description

Four Seasons is a globally renowned luxury hospitality company powered by a dedicated team of individuals who aspire to excel and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Our team members around the world share a collective passion for excellence, constantly pushing themselves to new heights while treating each other with respect and kindness. We believe that the best way to provide outstanding service to our guests, residents, and partners is through a world-class employee experience and a positive company culture. Our purpose is deeply rooted in creating lasting impressions that resonate with everyone we encounter, from guests staying at our hotels to those who work alongside us. At Four Seasons, life is richer when we connect meaningfully with people and the world around us.

This particular opportunity is based at our Four Seasons location in a vibrant coastal city known for its sophisticated style and energy. Located in a celebrated vacation destination, this property brings a modern interpretation of the classic yacht club lifestyle with its prime beachfront address. Guests can enjoy proximity to Fort Lauderdale’s best shops, restaurants, marinas, and entertainment, immersing themselves in one of the world’s top yachting locales.

Within this exciting environment, the role of Mixologist is vital to delivering the refined dining experience at our flagship restaurant, Evelyn's. The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving an expertly curated selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for mixology and an excellent understanding of luxury beverage service. The Mixologist not only mixes drinks but also engages guests with vivid and knowledgeable descriptions of each beverage’s origin, taste, and preparation techniques.

As a key member of the dining team, the Mixologist uses the hotel’s point-of-sales system to manage guest orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. The position demands anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests, making sure every guest's experience is impeccable. The role is full-time and requires working various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of hospitality.

Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of high-volume bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional personal presentation. Strong knowledge of fine wines, beers, and spirits is essential, alongside time management skills that support multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with computer systems like Opera and Micros POS is a valuable asset. Physical capability to lift and move up to 30 lbs is also required.

In return, Four Seasons offers competitive salary and wages accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes excellent training and development programs, complimentary accommodations at Four Seasons hotels and resorts worldwide, dry cleaning for employee uniforms, and employee meals. We are proud advocates of diversity and equal opportunity, encouraging minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to apply. Working with Four Seasons means joining a team committed to luxury with genuine heart and making meaningful connections every day.
