The role of the Tasting Room Concierge at Treasury Wine Estates is essential in delivering the first and lasting impression of TWE’s luxury hospitality. As the primary point of contact for guests visiting the tasting room, the Concierge is responsible for managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to ensure an elegant, seamless, and memorable tasting experience. Physical stamina is important in this role due to the demands of prolonged standing, walking, and handling items such as wine cases and glassware. The working environment is dynamic, often involving indoor and outdoor settings with varying schedules that include weekends, holidays, and special events. Treasury Wine Estates offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.15 to $25.00 based on experience and qualifications, along with eligibility for incentive pay through the Direct-to-Consumer Sales Incentive Plan (DISP).
