The Estimator is tasked with documenting loss through detailed photographs, writing mitigation and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate, and managing estimate documentation rigorously. Furthermore, the Estimator communicates effectively with insurance companies and adjusters as a liaison to ensure clarity and timely resolution of claims processes. Side responsibilities include preparing labor and equipment cost analyses, material pricing, and addressing estimate exceptions promptly to maintain smooth project workflows.

Physically, the role requires readiness to handle demanding environments, including moving objects up to 70 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing activities such as lifting, squatting, crawling, and crouching. The position occasionally necessitates working in various indoor and outdoor conditions with temperature variations, and wearing respiratory protection equipment when required. Candidates must be capable of sealing a respirator to their face to meet safety standards.

This is a full-time employment opportunity offering a competitive annual salary of $41,600. The role provides the chance to join a motivated team where career growth and learning are encouraged in a supportive work environment. Candidates will undergo a screening process that assesses their proficiency in Xactimate software, which is crucial for this position.
