Our luxury condominium offers an exceptional living experience, with a dedicated and professional staff working tirelessly to maintain the highest standards in hospitality and service.\n\nWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will manage all front-of-house duties at our main entrance desk, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and with genuine care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to making residents and visitors feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. Daily responsibilities include managing in-person and phone interactions with residents and guests, assisting with check-ins, providing directions, and responding to inquiries efficiently and courteously. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive wages, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401K program, paid holidays and vacation, and more. Additional perks include recognition and awards programs, effective training, tuition reimbursement, complimentary parking and meals, preferred pricing on food, spa treatments, and retail purchases, alongside management programs designed to pave the way for career advancement.
