This role, the Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Manager, is a leadership position that reports directly to the Director of Emergency Services. The ER RN Manager works closely with the ED Medical Director and is supported by a team of clinical educators, experienced charge nurses, informatics, and staffing resources. This position leads a dynamic nursing team and collaborates with a diverse interdisciplinary group including physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacy, case management, respiratory therapy, and social work professionals.
