Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast paced restaurant setting
- Experience as a pizza maker is a plus
- Possess a service-oriented mindset
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Basic understanding of or ability to learn sanitation and workplace safety regulations
- Basic understanding of or ability to learn food-handling techniques and cooking procedures
- Previous experience in hospitality and service industry is a plus
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize work in a busy environment
- Possess and maintain all appropriate certifications such as Food Handlers Card
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is a must

Job Duties
- Bake pizza and prepare related ingredients such as dough and sauce
- Chop toppings including meats and vegetables
- Prepare batches of food to order or keep warm until sold
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers
- Cook food according to order instructions and verify quality and quantity
- Multitask by cooking multiple orders simultaneously
- Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils
- Monitor food inventory and clean cooking stations
- Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in food preparation areas
- Follow proper cleaning and handwashing standards
- Perform additional duties such as deep cleaning tasks as assigned
