The role of Custodial Services Worker within the Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) Region Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area entails cleaning and maintaining designated areas to deliver an exceptional level of satisfaction for customers, clients, and patients. This position involves traveling to various locations within the region and is classified as an hourly, seasonal, part-time role with premium pay at a rate of $18 per hour. It requires the ability to work under established safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders, aligning with OSHA, state and federal regulations as well as Aramark’s internal guidelines.

As a Custodial Services Worker, the individual will be responsible for essential cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, bed making, stripping, and the removal of both general and hazardous waste, especially within patient or resident rooms. The role requires a thorough approach to restroom sanitation that follows strict infection control measures, contributing directly to the overall health and safety standards in healthcare environments.
