Environmental Services Director

A major focus of the position is driving patient satisfaction scores, particularly HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) ratings, by implementing efficient processes and fostering an engaging and safety-conscious team culture. The director will lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams, ensuring strong recruitment, training, coaching, and employee recognition efforts. Financial performance is also under the director’s purview, managing budgets, labor, supplies, and equipment effectively to maximize operational efficiency and meet organizational financial goals.

This role involves significant interaction with clients to develop and maintain effective partnerships and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.
