The role of Environmental Services Manager at Sodexo's Baltimore, MD healthcare account involves overseeing a dedicated team of 40 custodial employees to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This management position is pivotal in driving client and patient satisfaction through effective leadership, seamless teamwork, and adherence to stringent healthcare standards. The successful candidate will work a second shift schedule beginning at 2:00 pm, which includes rotating weekends and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to support the healthcare facility's operational needs.
