Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years previous custodial or housekeeping management experience
- experience leading and motivating teams
- knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures
- effective project management skills
- results and safety driven
- proficiency with computers and technology
- ability to work second shift including some weekends and holidays
- completion of required health verifications including vaccines for flu, TB, and COVID, drug testing, and FBI check
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- experience leading and managing a custodial or housekeeping team
- proven ability to develop and motivate a team
- knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures
- experience improving patient satisfaction and driving compliance
- proficiency with computers and other technology
- experience managing projects within set timelines
Job Duties
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
- effectively manages the Unit Operating System
- support an inclusive workforce and provide strong leadership
- oversee the daily operations of a 40-member custodial team
- coordinate seamlessly with food and environmental services teams
- ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
