Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience managing or leading a team
- Prior experience in environmental services or housekeeping
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software

Job Duties
- Direct daily custodial operations, ensuring employees have the necessary equipment and resources to meet goals and deadlines
- Act as point of contact for contracted service providers, managing schedules and scope of work
- Maintain housekeeping and custodial services to meet standards and contractual requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Sodexo/client policies (e.g., quality assurance, safety, operations)
- Foster a safe work environment by ensuring equipment safety, compliance with safety programs, and providing ongoing safety training
- Conduct regular inspections of office spaces, restrooms and general areas
- Oversee inventory, manage weekly schedules, and ensure proper staffing while supporting the hiring, training, and development of new staff
