The role of Environmental Services Attendant at Sodexo offers a unique opportunity to be an essential part of maintaining safe and hygienic environments across client locations. This full-time position is based at the United Club in Philadelphia, working afternoon and evening shifts with a pay rate of $17.75 per hour. As an Environmental Services Attendant, you will act as a hygiene hero and appearance care ambassador, delivering superior cleaning services that ensure every area is spotless and welcoming. Your role directly impacts the health and comfort of all who utilize the spaces, from offices and common areas to lavatories and food service locations.
You will be responsible for conducting scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities may include housekeeping duties in diverse settings such as patient rooms, dormitories, classrooms, and halls, often requiring adaptability to client needs. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to operate vehicles such as golf carts to transport cleaning supplies or navigate large premises; punctuality and reliability are essential traits in this position as is the ability to work as part of a team to nurture a healthy work environment.

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services in various client premises including offices, patient and resident rooms, dorms, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, and food service areas
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks thoroughly ensuring all site areas are spotless
- Operate golf carts or other vehicles as needed
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably
- Perform other assigned duties based on client needs and business requirements
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment through adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve cleaning and safety goals
