Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- general hospital-related housekeeping experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning products and ability to follow instructions on containers
- ability to utilize proper body mechanics
- ability to use industrial powered equipment
- ability to utilize sound interpersonal skills and maintain confidentiality
- ability to work independently and within timelines
- ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with peers and interdisciplinary teams
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitization of hospital departments
- moving furniture, equipment, and supplies within the hospital
- use industrial powered cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- follow health and safety practices including proper use of cleaning products
- maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- communicate effectively and work collaboratively with hospital staff and interdisciplinary teams
- adhere to established procedures and follow oral and written instructions accurately
