Additionally, this specialist promotes ergonomic safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
Candidates for this role should have at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as safety, environmental health, or industrial hygiene, or equivalent education and experience. Professional certifications like CIH, CSP, or ASP are highly desirable. Experience in health and safety within a manufacturing environment is preferred, alongside knowledge of hazardous waste management. Tandem offers a competitive hourly pay range of $28.50 to $32.00, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage from day one, paid holidays, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and an employee stock purchase plan. This supportive and inclusive work environment emphasizes the joy of achievement and well-being, encouraging diversity and equal opportunity for all employees.
Joining Tandem Diabetes Care means being part of a team that values each individual and strives to make a meaningful difference in the health and lives of people living with diabetes.
