The role of Safety Manager at T5 Data Centers is a pivotal position focused on the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive safety, security, and environmental compliance programs. The Safety Manager plays a critical part in promoting a culture of safety across all construction and operational activities. This professional is responsible for enforcing OSHA compliance, overseeing subcontractors and contractors to meet safety standards, and ensuring that all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) metrics reflect both corporate and site-specific regulatory requirements. The role also involves conducting regular site safety inspections, organizing and leading safety training for construction teams, and thoroughly investigating any accidents or incidents to prevent recurrence.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role, as it requires acumen in managing safety dashboards and routinely reporting EHS statistics to ensure transparency and continuous improvements. This position demands a deep knowledge of safety rules and construction safety standards, along with practical experience in general contracting and specialized certifications such as OSHA 510/500 or CHST/CSP, which are highly valued. The physical requirements of this position also indicate the need for someone who can perform potentially strenuous physical activities to ensure the safety needs of the site are actively monitored and maintained.
