CES Power is currently seeking a dedicated Environment, Health & Safety Specialist (EHS) to spearhead their safety, health, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs. This role is a strategic and hands-on leadership position crucial to fostering a world-class safety culture across all facets of the organization. The EHS Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of safety and environmental programs tailored to the diverse operations of the company. These operations include power generation facilities, fleet transportation, warehouse environments, equipment setup and repair activities, and managing job site operations from initial load-in to final load-out.

In this role, the EHS Specialist will closely collaborate with operational leaders, project managers, and account managers to integrate proactive safety measures and compliance standards into daily activities. The role demands an individual with significant expertise in occupational safety, risk management, environmental regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and leadership within complex multi-site and multi-state operational environments. Travel is a key component, as the specialist will visit various regional facilities and job sites to engage with field personnel, promote safety as a core value, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities encompass leading the company’s overall EHS strategy; championing safety leadership and culture; ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other relevant regulations; managing risk assessments and incident investigations; coordinating EHS training and staff development; and continuously monitoring and reporting on safety performance metrics. The incumbent will function as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights into EHS risks, trends, and opportunities for advancing the company’s safety agenda.
