The role of an entry-level Wine Cellar Associate at Bern's Steak House offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the vital operations of the restaurant's wine cellar and warehouse. Working the PM shift from 4 pm to midnight, associates will restock wines used during service, assisting closely with the sommeliers and other cellar stewards. The role involves physical activity such as climbing ladders, lifting over 25 pounds, and following strict sanitation policies. It requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently in a bustling restaurant setting.
