Physical stamina is required, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and the capacity to stand for extended periods of time. Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays, reflecting the nature of the hospitality industry.
Bern's Steak House offers a robust benefits package, featuring immediate eligibility for many perks. The company offers a Marriott friends and family hotel discount, complimentary family meals or discounted meals during shifts, and secured covered parking. After 90 days, employees can access custom-packaged health plan options with employer contributions based on tenure, including health, dental, and vision insurance. Long-term employees receive anniversary pay, a 401(k) employer match, education reimbursement programs, and numerous internal career growth opportunities.
