Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of events including corporate meetings weddings conferences and social gatherings
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and venues to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Support the Event Planning team with administrative tasks including answering phones scheduling meetings and managing email correspondence
- Participate in site visits and assist with event setup and breakdown
- Help manage event logistics such as registration attendee check-in and seating arrangements
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assist in the preparation of event reports
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and materials
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager or Senior Event Planner
